Step 1: Go to https://app.carbonxsolutions.com/new-project/46743. Click "NEW PROJECT" to begin creating a new project.

Step 2: Enter your email address, then click "NEXT" to choose a new password.

Step 3: Enter a password to create your account, then click "Continue".

Step 4: Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number to complete your owner profile. Then click "CREATE USER ACCOUNT".

Step 5: Once account creation is confirmed, click "CREATE NEW PROJECT".

Step 6: Enter a project name that describes your energy system. Next, enter the installed capacity indicated in your installation documents - just as shown in the example below, enter NUMBERS ONLY, do not add kWh. Enter your project mailing address, then click "NEXT".

Step 7: Review your information and make any necessary changes by clicking "BACK". If everything is correct, click "SUBMIT" to send the electronic agreements to your email inbox.

Step 8: A green checkmark confirms the creation of your solar project. Congratulations! Now, check your email inbox to proceed to signing the two documents that were sent to you. If you encounter an error or do not receive your documents, please book a call on the calendar at the bottom of this page.

Step 9: Check your email inbox for a verification email from Carbon X Solutions. Click "VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT" or the verify link to complete the verification process and to have your agreements emailed to you.

Step 10: After you click the verify link, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Please check your email inbox for the following 2 documents - NAR Designation of Responsible Party and the Residential Assignment Agreement.

Step 11: Carefully read and electronically sign the NAR Designation of Responsible Party.

Step 12: Carefully read and electronically sign the Residential Assignment Agreement.

Step 13: Once your documents are signed, go to https://app.carbonxsolutions.com. Enter your email address and password, then click "Continue".

Step 14: This is your initial LOGIN screen.

Step 15: Click "HOME" to see your notifications, earnings history, and system production.

Step 16: Click "MY PROFILE" to view your profile information.

Step 17: Click "MY PROJECTS" to view any projects that you have created.

Step 18: Click the dropdown arrow on a project to view the project information. Click "EDIT" to add or edit information. You will need to add inverter, solar panel, and any battery storage information so that Carbon X Solutions can track your production and generate green credits for you.

Step 19: After clicking "Edit", you will see 5 categories - Location (you already filled this out), Details, Inverter, Panels, and Storage. Click "Details".

Step 20: Under the "Details" tab, add all necessary information included in your original installation documents as shown in the image below. If the system is free of defects and is functioning as designed, check both boxes. If not, include any necessary information, then click "Inverter".

Step 21: Under the "Inverter" tab, add all necessary information included in your original installation documents as shown in the image below. Then, click "Panels".

Step 22: Under the "Panels" tab, add all necessary information included in your original installation documents as shown in the image below. If you have battery storage information to enter, click "Storage".

Step 23: Under the "Storage" tab, if you have battery storage, click the checkbox. Add all necessary information included in your original installation documents as shown in the image below. For capacity, please include NUMBERS ONLY, do not add kWh. Click "SAVE" to complete the registration process.
